This policy explains what personal data rentIPTV collects when you visit www.rentiptv.org or use our service, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We collect only what we need to provide the service.
1. Who we are
rentIPTV (“we”, “us”) runs www.rentiptv.org and is responsible for your personal data (the “data controller”). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
2. What we collect
When you order or create an account
- Your name, email address and country.
- Your website account password (stored encrypted; we can’t see it).
- The device you’ll watch on, your device’s MAC address if you use a MAG box or Smart STB, and any notes you add at checkout.
- Your orders and subscriptions: plan, options, prices, dates and status.
When you pay
- The coin, network, amount, transaction ID and the wallet address your payment came from.
- We never receive or store card or bank details. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and can be seen by anyone who knows the transaction ID or wallet address.
When you use the service
- Your IPTV login (username and password, or MAC address) and your subscription’s start and end dates.
- Our streaming servers record technical data such as your IP address, connection times and the number of active connections. We use this to run the service, apply your device limit and protect it from abuse.
When you contact us
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or our contact form, and any details or screenshots you include.
When you visit our website
- Analytics: pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, approximate location (country or city) and shopping actions such as viewing a plan, adding it to your cart and completing an order. See section 7.
- Security: your IP address and browser details, used to block attacks and spam, including when you complete a security check.

| Applying device limits and preventing fraud, account sharing and attacks | Legitimate interests |
| Understanding how our website is used, so we can improve it | Consent (analytics cookies) and legitimate interests |
| Asking you to review a purchase | Legitimate interests (you can opt out) |
| News and offers | Consent (only if you tick the box at checkout) |
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and the service. They process data only on our instructions:
- Hosting: our servers are hosted by Contabo in the European Union.
- Cloudflare: content delivery, security and the “verify you are human” check on our forms.
- Google: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for website statistics.
- Email: our email provider, which sends order, login and renewal emails.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram: only if you choose to contact us there. Their own privacy policies apply to those apps.
We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or to prevent fraud.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers, including Google and Cloudflare, may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Account, order and payment records: while your account is active and for up to 6 years after your last order, for accounting and legal purposes.
- Support messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends.
- Streaming server connection logs: only as long as needed for security and to apply device limits.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see section 9). We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser.
| Type | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | WooCommerce cart and session cookies, WordPress login cookies | Your cart, checkout and account. The site needs these to work. |
| Security | Cloudflare cookies (such as __cf_bm, cf_clearance) | Blocking bots and attacks |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) | Counting visits and understanding how the site is used |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the cart and account from working.
8. Security
We use HTTPS on our whole website, keep our software up to date, protect logins against attacks and limit who can access customer data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your passwords and IPTV login private.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- restrict or object to how we use it,
- send it to you or another provider in a portable format,
- withdraw consent you’ve given (for example to marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link).
To make a request, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We’ll reply within one month. You can change your name, email and password yourself in My Account.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU it’s the authority in your country.
California residents
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it and to opt out of its sale. We don’t sell personal information.
10. Children
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we’ll tell customers by email.
12. Contact
Email [email protected]. You can also reach us on WhatsApp or Telegram, but please email us for privacy requests so we can verify who you are.
