Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms explain how the rentIPTV service works and what we and you agree to when you use it. Please read them before you order. By placing an order or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

rentIPTV (“we”, “us”) runs the website www.rentiptv.org and the rentIPTV streaming service. You can contact us by email at [email protected], on WhatsApp or on Telegram.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to order or use rentIPTV. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

3. The service

  • rentIPTV gives you access to live TV channels and on-demand movies and series, streamed over the internet. You watch using a player app on your own device, such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, VLC, our web player or a MAG box.
  • We don’t make the player apps. They belong to their own developers, and some charge for premium features or activation. Those payments go to the app developers, not to us.
  • The number of channels and titles we quote (for example 14,000+ channels) is approximate. Channels and titles are added and removed regularly, and we can’t guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will always be available.
  • Picture quality and reliability depend on your internet connection, your device, your app and your network. Our buffering checklist explains what you need.

4. Free trial

  • New customers can order one free 24-hour trial. It gives the same access as a paid plan for 24 hours.
  • Only one trial is allowed per person, email address, household or device. We may decline or cancel trials that look like repeat or automated requests.

5. Plans and prices

  • Plans run for 1 month, 6 months or 1 year, for 1 to 4 devices watching at the same time, with the Worldwide or Asian channel package, with or without adult channels.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the shop and at checkout. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. We may change prices for future orders and renewals; changes don’t affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Payment

  • We accept payment in cryptocurrency only, paid directly to our wallet. The coins and networks we accept are shown at checkout.
  • You must send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, within 60 minutes of placing your order. The crypto price is fixed for that window.
  • You are responsible for any network or exchange fees, and for sending to the correct address on the correct network. Cryptocurrency transfers can’t be reversed. If you send the wrong coin, use the wrong network or send to the wrong address, we may not be able to recover the payment.
  • If you underpay, the order stays unpaid until the difference is received. If you pay late, contact us with your transaction ID and we’ll help.
  • An order is paid once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

7. Delivery of your login

  • We email your login details within 1 hour of your payment being confirmed. They include your server URL, username and password (or are linked to your device’s MAC address if you asked for that at checkout).
  • Please check that your email address is correct. If your login hasn’t arrived after 1 hour, contact us.
  • An account is set up either for username and password or for a MAC address, and can’t be switched between them later.

8. Renewals, upgrades and cancellation

  • Subscriptions don’t renew automatically, because crypto payments can’t be charged automatically. Before your plan ends, we email you a reminder with a link to pay for the next period.
  • You can renew early or change your plan (for example add devices) in My Account > Subscriptions. Any difference in price is shown before you pay.
  • There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. If you don’t renew, your service ends on the end date of the period you paid for.

9. Refunds

Our refund policy explains when refunds are available. It forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

10. Your login and fair use

  • Your login is for you and your household. Your plan sets how many devices may watch at the same time. If more devices are used at once, streams may stop.
  • You must not share your login outside your household, resell or sublicense the service, or re-stream, rebroadcast, record for distribution or publicly show the content.
  • You must not try to bypass our connection limits, attack or overload our systems, or use automated tools against the service.
  • You are responsible for all use of your login and for keeping it private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

11. Your responsibilities

  • The information you give us must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for your own devices, apps and internet connection, and for any costs that come with them (including mobile data).
  • You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is allowed where you live.

12. Third-party apps and downloads

Our guides and Downloads page link to third-party player apps for convenience. Those apps are provided by their developers under their own terms. You install them at your own choice and risk, and we are not responsible for how they work, change or are supported.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service running around the clock, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to carry out maintenance, and individual channels can stop working at their source. If a channel isn’t working, report it at http://server1.rentiptv.com:8880/fix/. We may change, add or remove features, channels or content.

14. Suspension and ending the service

We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your login, re-streaming content, using too many connections, or attempting fraud or chargebacks. Where reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

15. Our liability

  • We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill, as described on our website.
  • We are not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, for problems caused by your internet provider, device, apps or network, or for events outside our reasonable control.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period the claim relates to.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

16. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service or the law. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We’ll show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.

18. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any rights the consumer law of your own country gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
