When you buy a plan you choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 devices. That’s the number of screens that can watch at the same time with your login. Your welcome email shows it as “Devices allowed”.
You can install the app on as many devices as you like
The limit is on watching at the same time, not on installing. For example, with a 2-device plan you can install apps on a TV, a Fire TV Stick, a phone and a laptop. Any two of them can play at once.
What happens if you go over
If one more device starts playing than your plan allows, that stream won’t start or another one stops. Some apps show a message such as “max connections reached”. To fix it, stop playback on one of the other devices, wait a minute and try again.
Closing an app with the Home button can leave a stream running in the background. Stop the channel or fully close the app to free up the connection.
Prices by number of devices
| Devices | 1 Month | 6 Months | 1 Year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $7 | $35 | $60 |
| 2 | $12 | $40 | $75 |
| 3 | $14 | $43 | $77 |
| 4 | $16 | $45 | $80 |
Adding more devices
You can move to a plan with more devices from your account: renewing, upgrading or adding devices.
Sharing your login
Your login is for your household. Sharing it outside your home uses up your connections and can get the account blocked, so keep it to your own devices.
