How to watch rentIPTV on iPhone and iPad

You can watch rentIPTV on any iPhone or iPad with an IPTV player from the App Store. We recommend IPTV Smarters Player Lite, which is free.

The login details in this guide (username demo4821, password pass7395) are examples. Use the ones from your own welcome email.

Step 1: Install the app

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Search for IPTV Smarters Player Lite (or “Smarters Player Lite”).
  3. Tap Get and install it.

Step 2: Sign in with your login

  1. Open the app and accept the terms.
  2. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
  3. Fill in:
  • Any name: for example rentIPTV
  • Username: demo4821
  • Password: pass7395
  • URL: http://server1.rentiptv.com:8880
  1. Tap Add User. The app downloads your channels, movies and series.
  2. Tap your profile, then Live TV, Movies or Series.

The URL must include http:// and :8880. If you get a login error, check for a space at the end of the username or password.

Step 3: Load the TV guide

Go to Live TV, open the menu and choose Refresh EPG (or Install EPG). It takes a minute. More about the TV guide.

Other apps that work

  • GSE Smart IPTV: add your M3U link as a remote playlist.
  • UHF: supports Xtream Codes and M3U.

Watching on your TV from an iPhone

Some apps can stream to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV. Look for the AirPlay icon while a channel is playing. For a better experience on a TV, install an app directly on an Apple TV or use a Fire TV Stick.

Tips

  • Use Wi-Fi rather than mobile data: HD streaming uses about 1.5–3 GB an hour.
  • Watching on a phone counts as one of your devices. How many devices can I use?
