Your account: email, password and finding your login

You have two separate logins with us:

  • Your rentIPTV.org account (your email and website password). Use it to manage orders and subscriptions at My Account.
  • Your IPTV login (username and password, or MAC address). Use it in your app to watch TV.

Change your email or website password

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Select Account details.
  3. Update your email, or enter your current password and a new one.
  4. Select Save changes.

Forgot your website password?

On the My Account page, select Lost your password?, enter your email and follow the link we send you. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

Find your IPTV login again

Your IPTV login is in the email we sent when your order was completed.

  1. Search your inbox (and spam or junk folder) for rentIPTV.
  2. Look for the email with your username, password and server URL.

Can’t find it? Message us with your order number (it’s in My Account > Orders) and we’ll send it again.

Can I change my IPTV username or password?

Yes. Ask us and we’ll set new ones. Remember to update every device afterwards. If you think someone else is using your login, ask for a change straight away.

Keep your login private

Your M3U and EPG links contain your username and password. Don’t post them online or share them outside your household.
