We accept payment in cryptocurrency only. If you’ve never used crypto before, don’t worry: it takes about 10 minutes the first time and is quicker after that.
What we accept
| Coin | Networks |
|---|---|
| USDT (Tether) | Tron (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Solana, Ethereum (ERC20) |
| USDC | Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Ethereum |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum |
| Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, BNB, Solana, TRON | Their own networks |
Easiest and cheapest for beginners: USDT on the Tron (TRC20) or Solana network. USDT is a “stablecoin” worth about $1, so the amount you buy is the amount you pay, and network fees are usually a few cents.
Step 1: Buy crypto
Buy the coin in a crypto app or exchange such as Coinbase, Kraken, Binance or Revolut. You’ll need to verify your identity the first time. Buy a little more than your order total, about $1–3 extra, to cover the withdrawal fee.
Step 2: Choose your coin and place your order
Add your plan to the cart and go to checkout. Under Pay with Cryptocurrency, select the coin and network you’ll pay with (search for “USDT” to see its networks), then place the order.
Step 3: Open the payment details
The next page shows:
- the exact amount to send,
- our wallet address,
- a QR code you can scan with your phone.
Step 4: Send the payment
- In your exchange or wallet app, choose Send or Withdraw for that coin.
- Choose the same network shown on our payment page. Sending on a different network can lose your money.
- Paste our address (or scan the QR code). Copy and paste rather than typing it.
- Enter the exact amount shown. It’s unique to your order, so we can match your payment automatically.
- Check that the amount we’ll receive is the full amount. Some apps take their fee out of the amount you send.
- Confirm the transfer.
Send the payment within 60 minutes of placing the order. The price in crypto is fixed for that window.
Step 5: Wait for confirmation
We check the blockchain automatically. Once your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes, your order is marked as paid and you get an email. Your login details arrive within 1 hour.
Something went wrong?
- Sent too little: the order stays unpaid and the payment page shows the amount still due. Send the difference.
- Sent after the 60 minutes: message us with your order number and transaction ID (TXID).
- Wrong network: contact us straight away with the TXID. We’ll do what we can, but some wrong-network payments can’t be recovered.
