Your welcome email contains several details. You won’t need all of them: most apps only need three. Here’s what each one does.
The login details in this guide (username demo4821, password pass7395) are examples. Use the ones from your own welcome email.
The three you’ll use most: Xtream Codes

When an app asks how you want to sign in, choose Xtream Codes (or “Xtream Codes API”, “Xtream login”). This is the best option: the app loads live TV, movies, series and the TV guide automatically.
Type the server URL exactly, including http:// and :8880. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive and must not have spaces before or after them.
M3U playlist link
Some apps (VLC, Kodi, many Smart TV apps) only accept a playlist link. Use the categorized M3U link, which keeps channels sorted into groups:

EPG link (TV guide)
The EPG link gives the app your programme guide. Apps signed in with Xtream Codes usually load it automatically. If you used an M3U link, add this as the “EPG URL” or “XMLTV URL” in the app:

Other details in your email
- Package details: your channel package (World or Asian) and whether adult channels are included.
- Devices allowed: how many screens can watch at the same time. More about devices.
- Package duration and dates: when your subscription started and when it ends.
- Web player:

What about MAC address login?
MAG boxes and some set-top box apps sign in using the device’s MAC address instead of a username. If you use one, give us the MAC address at checkout. An account is set up either for MAC address or for username and password, and it can’t be switched later. MAG box setup.
