How Do I Set Up Favorites and Personal Preferences?
Favourites, channel order and hidden groups are set in your player app:
- TiviMate: press and hold OK on a channel > Add to favourites. Hide countries under Settings > Playlists > Manage groups.
- IPTV Smarters Pro: press and hold OK (or tap the heart) > Add to favourites.
- XCIPTV: press and hold OK to add a favourite; hide categories in Settings.
Full guide: favourites, groups and hiding countries.
Can I Use IPTV on Multiple Devices?
Yes. Your plan sets how many devices can watch at the same time: 1, 2, 3 or 4. You can install the app on as many devices as you like and use the same login on all of them.
If more devices play at once than your plan allows, a stream stops or won't start. You can add devices at any time from My Account > Subscriptions. How devices work.
How Do Catch-Up and Recording Work?
Catch-up: some channels keep an archive of recent programmes, so you can watch shows that have already aired. In TiviMate or IPTV Smarters, scroll back in the TV guide or open the Catch up section. How far back you can go depends on the channel.
Recording: recording is done by your app on your device, not on our server. TiviMate Premium and IPTV Smarters Pro on Android can record; most iPhone, Apple TV and Smart TV apps can't.
