There are three easy ways to watch on a computer. The web player is the quickest because there’s nothing to install.
The login details in this guide (username demo4821, password pass7395) are examples. Use the ones from your own welcome email.
Option 1: Web player (any computer, nothing to install)
- Open your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari).
- Go to
http://server1.rentiptv.com:8880/player/. - Sign in with your username and password.
- Choose Live TV, Movies or Series.
The web player uses an http:// address. If your browser warns that the page isn’t secure, that’s expected for this link. Your rentIPTV account and payments are always on https://www.rentiptv.org.
Option 2: IPTV Smarters Pro (Windows and Mac)
A full app with live TV, the TV guide, movies and series.
Sign in with Login with Xtream Codes API: any name, username demo4821, password pass7395, URL http://server1.rentiptv.com:8880.
Option 3: VLC (Windows, Mac and Linux)
VLC is a free media player that can open your M3U playlist.
- Install VLC from videolan.org.
- Open VLC and choose Media > Open Network Stream (on Mac: File > Open Network).
- Paste your categorized M3U link:
http://server1.rentiptv.com:80/get.php?username=demo4821&password=pass7395&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
- Press Play, then open the playlist view (View > Playlist) to browse channels.

Linux
The web player and VLC both work on Linux. Linux Mint also includes Hypnotix, an IPTV player: choose Add a new provider, select Xtream API, and enter your server URL, username and password.
Tips
- Use a wired connection for long sports events.
- If a stream stutters in the browser, try VLC or IPTV Smarters. They handle weaker connections better.
- See Windows and Mac troubleshooting.
